Eric and his team did a great job today cutting some big branches on few of my old oak trees, a matter of fact they tied the yellow ribbon around it too the trees are lifted up, nice looking canopy trees now, I would definitely recommend Eric, great job you guys. Thanks
I was told by my pest control company that I needed to trim my trees back from my roof because a possum had climbed up on my roof and snuck into my attic. I called a few different tree companies and got their answering machine. Then I called Clippers and Eric answered. He told me he could be at my house in 30 min to give me an estimate. True to his word, he was at my house in 30 minutes. I had gotten an estimate over the summer to trim my trees, so I already had a number in mind. Eric was $200 UNDER the estimate I got over the summer. I also have a 30 foot Palm tree that needed maintenance, and Eric said his crew would take care of it. He also noticed that my fence was in need of some tender loving care, so he gave me an estimate on the fence. He said he worked with a fence company and he could give me a great estimate. It seemed like a fair price, so I told him to book the tree trimming and fence replacement.
Eric had come to my house at 5 pm in the evening on Wednesday. His tree crew was at my house at 8 am the next morning and had the trees trimmed by noon. The fence guy was at my house on Friday at 730am and knocked out the fence replacement that day. The crews were quick and professional. I was VERY pleased with everything. I would highly recommend Eric, he is professional and will shoot you straight.
Great experience hiring Eric to cut down multiple trash trees in my yard. One tree was over my carport so I was concerned cutting it down it could cause damage. Eric showed me proof of liability insurance, but luckily I never needed to use it as his guys are top notch and no damage occurred. He finished the job two days ahead of time and removed all branches and tree debris from my yard. Very nice guy, easy to work with, but above all got the job done right the first time.
I used Clipper's Tree Service yesterday to trim the 30-year-old Pecan tree that is very special to me. They were quick to respond, answered all my questions, were kind and courteous. I have used Eric and his crew two years in a row. They are so fast and clean up so thoroughly you never know they were there. They seal all the cuts on my sensitive trees, actually trim limbs where they should be trimmed, don't lop them off in the middle. Eric even took care to not knock down a birds nest. I will continue to call them every time.
We contacted Eric on short notice, he came out to the house to complete a review and estimate, which was very reasonably priced, pretty much a deal! Eric and his work showed up when expected and started work right away. The work was clean, well planned and timely.
Our neighbor is also highly considering Clippers to complete a fence install and we are having Eric and his team out again to complete a second tree cut down and trimming on a tree overhanging our house.

Tough Job but Eric and his crew nailed it. I called Clipper's Tree Service on short notice when a large 60ft tree over my house began to fail and limbs split off. Eric and his crew were able to come out and help right away when other companies told me three weeks. Pricing was clear and very fair. Eric made me feel comfortable at every turn during this very complicated 5-day project. Even more important though was the extreme skill his crew exhibited and the care they took in taking down each limb of this tree thinking of their safety and my property over all else. With many chances for things to go very wrong, Eric and his team made sure that did not happen. I will recommend Clipper's Tree Service to anyone who needs tree work and I also plan to hire Eric's fencing and painting crews in the near future.
I would highly recommend Clippers Tree Service. We have used them last week to clear out a massive fallen tree from Hurricane Harvey. We were amazed at how they were able to navigate all the cable and phone wires under the tree. They have done work for us many times and have always done excellent work. They have limbed trees for us as well as taken down MASSIVE dead trees. They always go above and beyond and have very positive energy. We give them 5 Stars.
Found this company on Groupon. Was told he doesn't use Groupon any longer and wouldn't honor it. Groupon did refund our money, but the coupon is still up and available to purchase. They did a good job removing tree and debris and then came back the following week to remove the stump.
Eric and his crew do excellent work. They did more than I expected when they saw something needed to be fixed they just did it. They also came in at the best quote beating 6 other companies. They guarantee their work which is important to me. When I had a gate 6 months later that started shifting with the ground, they came back and fixed it right away free of charge. It's also nice to support a local company Instead of big companies who charge a lot and don't care about quality work. Eric is committed to doing excellent work for his clients. I highly recommended this company.
Eric and his crew are exceptional. I have hired several tree service professionals in the past and none of them even come close to how awesome these guys are. Our property is located at the point of a steep hillside, which made the job very challenging, but they hauled all of the trees away and exceeded my expectations. Eric is fast, affordable, dependable and delivers on his promises. I also had a garden bed that I had just installed along the side of the house where his crew would have to haul the trees and branches though and Eric laid out a tarp to protect my plants. He really strives to make his customers happy, which is becoming less common across all service-oriented industries nowadays. So happy I have found a true professional I can count on.
The SERVICE is the big piece that I appreciate in regards to Eric.
HE has been amazingly responsive, quick to send people out to my house and help with a bad situation when a tree of mine feel on to my neighbor's house...it was Saturday at 10 am when I called him, and he and a coworker were at my place by 1:00 with the tree gone by 2:00.

I contacted Eric during a visit to Austin to get an estimate of the trimming off a very large oak tree in my mother's front yard. He came that afternoon to provide an estimate. Due to heavy rainstorms, he could not start the job until Saturday. He and his crew arrived on time on Saturday morning. They got right to work and within 6 hours had hauled off 3-4 trailers of wood. They cleaned the entire area so well you could not tell they had been there. The work they accomplished was exactly what we wanted to be done and the tree is beautiful. In the course of performing this work, several people stopped and asked for his business cards and he even trimmed a tree for our next-door neighbor when he was through with our tree. He is prompt, courteous, professional and provides excellent service. We will continue to contact him to provide tree services.
Just had Eric w/ Clippers Tree come out to finish trimming trees and getting rid of old brush piles that were in my yard. Very professional and very knowledgeable about what trees should stay and which should go. Reasonably priced Also, his crew was *so helpful* with creating straight step logs for us to use for landscaping. They didn't have to do this for us, but this really made their effort "above and beyond". I will definitely call him again for his expert tree services.
Do listen to Eric. He does not do what he promises. And for sure do not give him your money until your job is complete!!

Eric is a great guy. I’ve spoken to him on the phone, and I know he has integrity with his work, guys, and God. I definitely know there is no other tree removal guy in Austin that is better and by far is much better than any other tree removal company in town. Eric was so great to work with. I was out of town when a storm came in and blew down an enormous tree in one of our property’s backyard- taking down a power line as well. Over the phone, he was courteous and understanding. He and his crew took care of our tenant and the tree cheaply and really fast! (Next day). I would absolutely use them again!
